Research project: Population genomics and phylogeography of freshwater sardines in Central African lakes.

I am currently working on the population genomics of freshwater sardines in Central African lakes in the context of sustainable fisheries management. I am analysing whole genome data of Limnothrissa miodon and Stolothrissa tanganicae in a number of different contexts; comparative evolution, stock management and stakeholder involvement, and introduction/invasion biology.
